Fruitland volunteer firefighter Don Briggs wins Hometown Hero Award after 45 years of service

DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - After 45 years of service as a volunteer for the Fruitland Fire Department, Don Briggs is retiring. In recognition of his years of service, Don was selected as the Hometown Hero Award winner on behalf of SERVPRO and TV6.
