Janet Lohmann wins Hometown Hero Award

DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - TV6 and SERVPRO surprised Janet Lohmann with the Hometown Hero Award in appreciation to her service to the community through Grow Ministries. It’s a non-profit she started in 2004 to help teach life changing skill to female inmates and rehabilitate them when they are released.

Being able to see women who think their life is over it’s done they can’t do anything they have no hope and to give them hope you know is to me the most rewarding and watching lives change. I just lead them in the right direction and the rest is between them and God.
