Modern Woodmen Park receives 3rd-straight “Best Minor League Ballpark” honor

DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - For the third award cycle in a row, Modern Woodmen Park has received the honor of “Best Minor League Ballpark” in USA TODAY 10Best.com’s 2025 Readers’ Choice Awards.

The ballpark earned the top spot over 19 of Minor League Baseball’s other top venues, officials said.

Modern Woodmen Park is home to the High-A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals, the Quad Cities River Bandits.

River Bandits owner and CEO of Main Street Baseball, LLC, Dave Heller made the announce at 11 a.m. Wednesday.

Modern Woodmen Park was selected by a panel of editors and industry experts to earn the 2025 nomination after winning the publication’s inaugural vote in 2014 and follow-up vote in 2024.

“We are so proud that our great ballpark, Modern Woodmen Park, has been named America’s ‘best minor league ballpark’ the last two times USA TODAY 10Best has held these awards,” said Dave Heller, River Bandits Owner.
