Eddy the River Otter is new mascot for Iowa community college

IOWA (KWQC) - Eastern Iowa Community College introduced a new mascot today — Eddy the River Otter.

School officials say the River Otters give students across Clinton, Muscatine and Scott community colleges one name to rally behind.

To celebrate Eddy’s announcement, EICC is partnering with the Niabi Zoo to sponsor its otter exhibit.

Eddy will start rolling out now around the campuses.
