Cody Hinden, 29, is wanted by Scott County and Iowa Department of Corrections High Risk Unit for probation violation/second-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief.

According to Crime Stoppers, Hinden is 5-foot-11 with brown hair and blue eyes.
