QUAD CITIES, Ill./Iowa (KWQC) - Jeffery L. Schafer, who was wanted by the Rock Island Police Department on two warrants for predatory criminal sexual assault of a child and aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a child, was arrested Thursday night.
