Crime Stoppers: Fugitive escapes from work release

DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - Michael Noe is wanted by the Iowa Department of Corrections High Risk Unit for escape from Davenport work release program.

Crime Stoppers said Noe, 32, is 5-foot-7 and 233 pounds.
