Rock Island postpones Homecoming game

ROCK ISLAND, Ill. (KWQC) - Rock Island High School officials announced on Friday that they are postponing their Homecoming football game against Moline.

According to school officials, several athletes, coaches and family members suddenly became sick Thursday night.

They said they are working closely with the Rock Island Health Department to ensure the well-being of their athletes.

School officials said the Homecoming Parade will still happen as planned.

School officials did not say when the rescheduled game would be played.
