Cubs player gives nod to 'the wave'

Anthony Rizzo, a player on the Chicago Cubs has given a nod to the new Iowa Hawkeye football tradition.
On October 8 Rizzo reposted a video from @houseofhighlights on his Instagram.
"This is by far the best college tradition of all time," Rizzo said in the post.
What some might not know is that Rizzo had his own battle with cancer in April 2008 at the age of 18.
He created the
in 2012. The nonprofit benefits cancer research, cancer patients, and their families.
Rizzo has been playing for the Cubs since 2012.
