TV6 sits down with Gary Siegwarth, Clear Water candidate for Iowa Governor

TV6 sat down with Clear Water candidate Gary Siegwarth. According to the party's website, the Clear Water party stands for "The long term welfare of the land and the people, not a political party or special interest."

Siegwarth told TV6 he cannot pick just one single issue he wants to focus on if he is elected as governor, but he says it all starts with our natural resources.

"You can not just take a single issue and say we are going to focus on that. It is a holistic view of it. Here is how we view ecology, everything is interconnected. You can't just take one issue. You have to look at them all simultaneously and holistically which is going to get us to our best decisions about all of them and it is going to get us thinking more long-term, so it is a fun way to display it and the things that are the constant are those things of the land, the water, the air. The things that prevent us sometimes from getting the best decisions is that divisiveness is that big money control, is the misinformation."
