Food Truck Fight setting up at The Rust Belt this year

EAST MOLINE, Ill. (KWQC) - A dozen food trucks will set up in East Moline for this summer’s Food Truck Fight.

The event comes to The Rust Belt for the first time from noon to 8 p.m. July 20.

Pre-sale tickets can be purchased online for $10. Admission is free for kids 12 and younger. Tickets will be sold at the gate the day of the event, but because The Rust Belt is an indoor/outdoor event space, Food Truck Fight organizers said there is limited capacity and only people with pre-sale tickets will be guaranteed entry.

There will be live music throughout the day, an diners can cast votes for their favorite truck, and the winner will be announced at 7 p.m.

The event was previously in Bettendorf and LeClaire.
