QUAD CITIES, Ill./Iowa (KWQC) - Robert Carson, 41, was wanted by the Iowa Department of Corrections High Risk Unit for a parole violation for domestic abuse.

He has been arrested, according to Crime Stoppers of the Quad Cities.
