Crime Stoppers: Man failed to appear on RI Co. drug, weapon charges

ROCK ISLAND CO., Ill. (KWQC) - Juan M. Paniagua-Herrera is wanted in Rock Island County for failure to appear in court for possession of methamphetamine and felon in possession of a weapon charges.

Crime Stoppers said Paniagua-Herrera, 44, is 5-foot-7 and 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
