RAGBRAI LI route announced Saturday

DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - The official RAGBRAI route was announced Saturday night in Des Moines.

The route will take riders across the southern part of Iowa raking up a total of 434 miles, which is the eighth shortest route.

The ride starts in Glenwood on July 20.

Riders will make their way to the TV6 viewing area with a stop in Mt. Pleasant on July 26, and will dip their tires in Burlington on July 27.

This will be the hilliest RAGBRAI on record with riders facing 18,741 feet of climb.
