Bettendorf Community School District moves forward with design plans for middle school addition, renovation

BETTENDORF, Iowa (KWQC) - The Bettendorf Community School District has approved design plans for renovations to the middle school.

Bettendorf district leaders approved the design for the Bettendorf Middle School addition and renovation project, Wednesday night.

The project is expected to cost just under $34M at $33,742,796, according to school board documents. It’s part of the district’s plans to renovate four district schools.

Since its approval, the project will start this summer and it’s expected to be complete by summer of 2029, district officials said.
